Inspire Create Empower (I.C.E) is based in South Lochaber, Scottish Highlands and was founded to promote the creative education and learning of our participants, improving their quality of life, breaking down the barriers of rural isolation whilst nurturing their health and wellbeing through the medium of performing arts (music, dance & drama).

Inspire Create Empower offers a warm welcome to all and pays particular attention to meet the needs of vulnerable groups whilst promoting the importance of good mental health throughout all its activities.
